The Strategy and Transformation Team
In the face of disruption, challenge and significant change, our Strategy & Transformation consultants work closely with clients to understand what they should do to adapt, how to do it, and how to support their people through the transition. By combining our diverse strategy and public policy experience with our functional workforce, transformation design and operations expertise we offer an unparalleled depth of public sector capability.
Our Strategy and Transformation team supports organisations to design and optimise their services, improve and redesign processes, increase productivity / reduce costs and deliver transformation across the entire project/portfolio lifecycle.

The Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will work with our clients to create value by:
- Contributing to the development of key client deliverables or streams of work
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including supporting client interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and within our business.
- Taking ownership of your professional growth through the development of your own skills and capabilities.

Technically, you will bring to the position:
- A desire to gain experience with government / public sector organisations
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver high quality analytical products and outcomes in agreed timeframes
- Demonstrated proficiency / training in quantitative / qualitative analytics, collaborative engagement (including design thinking) and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to work as part of a team

The interview process at Scyne generally involves two interviews including a blend of behavioural, technical, and scenario-based questions to assess a candidate's alignment to the role (and other current or future positions), the team, the business, and our values.
